thanks again everyone! we are doing well she is home resting and she basically twisted my arm and said you need to go to work. but tomorrow i am taking off so i can go with her to the doctor. I made a big joke about it which made her laugh. I told her its perfect that you are going to the doctor and i am taking the day off.
She said o yeah why?
I said call of duty comes out tomorrow so i can play it all day

she said well you are back to normal!..lol

I kind of feel like i have to be that way to keep her mind off it. She was blaming herself and putting a lot on her by not trying to move forward. I guess this is my way of getting back to the normal life. I even took an inventory of what i need for my car...lol

don't get me wrong it hit me like a ton of bricks satuday when she said to me "well i guess we can throw away the sonogram"
i literally went to my room and just started crying! but i am doing ok now and all my focus and energy is with making her get better and return to normal!

Shaun you are being a great husband. Keeping your wifes spirits up. I know it is hard for you too, but I am sure it made you feel good when you made her smile.

Just my opinion, don't throw the sonogram away. It is a difficult memory, but it is something that should be packed away somewhere til she is ready to deal with it. If she is like a lot of us, she will want to remember...

Glad you're both doing well. It's not over yet, you'll have your ups and downs but it'll get better.

well after doing a lot of testing we found out what the issue was. I am very upset about it but it is what it is. A few years back my wife and i got into a fight about her weight. Not that she is not sexy to me or anything i was very concerned about it because of her family history. she is now a diabetic and now on meds. When she was pregnant her sugar spiked to 257 then when she miscarraged her sugar was at 314. So after all the test and blood work the doctor said she is a diabetic. So now she has to loose the 40 pounds that i fought with her about. she has to take pills every day for the rest of her life and when she gets pregnant again she is going to be on insulin. But at least we caught it now. And now she has no choice but to loose the lbs or loose her life to this illness!

Shaun, she has to get her diabetes under control. My grandmother was diabetic, my sister is borderline and my wife's cousins husband was. It can take years off her life and just make life miserable. My grandmother lost her eyesight, and most of her toes because of it. My wife's cousins husband lost both legs below the knees. It can be managed but only if she's serious. If you have to scare the hell out of her about what this disease can do, then do it.

Diabetes is a tough one but with work can be controlled .My wife has been on shots (many per day) since she was a teenager and for the most part can keep it in check .Sometimes it will spike on her for no reason and she has to take extra insulin to get it back down but it can be done .Exercise is very good to help regulate blood sugar too.
