yeah that is what i am worried about. I dont want to see the years taken from her because of this. I am working hard on getting it done. I told her the monday after thanksgiving we will get started with boot camp and diet. She knows that i don't mess around when it comes to training. from playing sports all my life and other training that i have i will whip her and myself back in to shape by summer time

Shaun don't be mad at me for saying this, but I keep hearing how you feel about boot camp. How does she feel ? I know this has to do with her health and well being, but she has to be "on board totally" to make this work. I am in no way saying she shouldn't lose the weight, I am just saying that she needs to be in the right frame of mind, and with your recent loss you may have to really work on her mental well being first. I wish you all the best.

I wish I lived closer to you cause I could lose a few pounds and I would probably come and do the boot camp with you.

What do you guys think about starting a thread to give positive reinforcement for those of us struggling with the weight loss. Maybe some suggestions that worked for you. I know this sounds like a woman thing, but alot of us struggle with our weight. Just a thought.
