Probably seems childish to some, but Dean has been causing nothing but problems in the NW forum since the begining. I know Al is trying to quiet it down, but even he felt it was bad enough to move Dean from being the primary mod of that forum. Anyway, glad to be here.

I've read those threads. I'd say the bullets were flying both ways... Dean may be a pain or a grouch on occasion, But if some of the things said to him were said to other Mods, Those Mods would go on a Ban fest. Dean takes a lot from people (not just the NW guys) and lets it roll off his back.

I think it got under most guys skin right from day one with the NW forum being added, Dean never liked it or wanted it to stay. I think it made things worse when it took off and started growing. There was plenty behind the scenes too, nasty PM's at the start and all. I'm sure he is not a bad guy and alot of emotion and intentions get lost in typing. The issue for some is that a mod needs to use common sense and also follow the rules, but try to take your personal problems out of the decision making when deleting/editing/moving posts just because you don't like thier title (such as Dean's favorite, "X-miss") or the fourm in general.
