Shaun,
I pulled the wheel tonight and this is what see under the wheel, is it the same thing you got? Maybe some can answer the question concerning the horn, I think there is something that is suppose to be in the plastic tube sticking out...I think a spring and some sort of cap on the spring for horn..can someone answer that?
