Couple of ways to post, Photobucket or this here
In the upper left it says UserCp, click on that. You will see Pictures and Albums, Click on that Create or add an album Then it should say inside the album - Upload Pictures click on that and this box will show up Down load your pictures and save them. If you double click on the photo at the bottom of the photo it will have a BB Code Copy that code and paste it in your post and when you save the photo will show up. should look like this Also welcome
