So I swapped the shifter and linkage out. The shifter feels 100 times better, but there is something not quite right with the M22. It's almost like it doesn't come completely out of gear everytime. I can hear a slight grinding sometimes, especially when I downshift. The trans was supposed to be a new build when I installed it, but I've always had doubts. Now I'm thinking about the new Auto-Gear M22. Looks like I'll have to shorten the driveshaft, other than that, looks like a "bolt-in". HA_HA, yeah right!!! Bolt-in!!!!

Think those 7 grand hole shots have anything to do with it?
Talk to Ric, he knows all about bolt-ins. Take a saws-all to the floor pan, then it bolts right in.
