Im in the same situation. Going from a PG to a TH350. I compared those transmissions your looking at to having a local rebuilder freshen up a used trans. After the shipping was added to the bottom line. It was a little cheaper to have it done local. Not to mention if there is any problems with the trans, there right down the street from me.
