Im in the same situation. Going from a PG to a TH350. I compared those transmissions your looking at to having a local rebuilder freshen up a used trans. After the shipping was added to the bottom line. It was a little cheaper to have it done local. Not to mention if there is any problems with the trans, there right down the street from me. Good luck and keep us posted.
