Thanks Nancy.The new position is not taking up a lot of my time,it is taking up all of my time.A few of my friends have stopped in to see me over the last few weeks and I barely have the time to say hi. Now I don't even get a day off,but to make up for that,Maureen gets a company car also.Big deal.The owner has set such a high level for me achieve,I'm really thinking hard about my decision on taking this job. Can I do it? yeah,do I want to?,don't know.My goal was 5 years and I would be set,but now I wonder, will I be around that long?

Second thing. You are very hard on yourself, because you are a perfectionist. But you are very good at what you do. So put in the time now, and be patient, it will get better for you.
