OK. I have a question. We have been driving to a friend of ours place a lot lately. He lives near Leonard, Michigan which is a lot of farm land and out in the boonies. As we are driving the speed limit goes up and down as you get near the smaller towns.
Now in a couple areas the speed limit will be posted at 50mph, then it will drop to 35mph, then 25mph as you pass through town. Then as you drive away from town the speed limit climbs from 25mph, to 35mph, to 45mph then we come upon a sigh that says "End Speed Zone". What does that mean, can I go like a bat out of hell ? Are there no cops to pull you over for speeding? I am not a stupid driver, I have seen many signs, but grumpy and I have had many conversations over this one and I thought maybe someone here would know.
