That is my favorite kind...the kind you start early in the morning, and let go all day. Every time you walk through the kitchen, it smells better and better.
3# Carrots 1# Celery 1# Onion 5# Potatoes Seasoned Well ![]() 2 ea. 3# Pork Shoulder Roasts (seasoned well) ![]() Make a bed with the vegetables, and lay the roasts over the top...add a couple cups water or stock and set on 275° ![]() 8 hours later.....(I touched them with the tongs and they fell apart) ![]() I made this yesterday, fed the family dinner, and have enough leftover to eat for lunch a few times, and one night this week...for around $20 Last edited by Highway Star; 01-18-2010 at 11:26 AM. |
