I've seen that car there too... red early 1909, serial #839 and a very rare "2-pedal" car, which had 2 pedals and 2 levers for the transmission (and 2 more levers on the steering column and a steering wheel, making your arms really busy ) After the first 900-ish cars, they used a pedal for reverse instead of a lever.
