Our basement is like another house inside a house. Have a full living room & dinning room combined with sink and refrigerator and storage in 2/3 of the basement. The other 1/3 has a bathroom w/shower and the laundry room, furnace etc. etc.

Moved all the stuff from the big carpet side, rolled up the carpet, mopped the floor and laid the carpet in the garage. Then I did the same to the small carpet side and transferred the Chevelle from our garage to next door. Tomorrow I'll give it a good cleaning, get it ready for its nap, put it up on jack stands and cover it.

Yeah Nancy I did. Got it all done yesterday.

Tony, I've read that a lot of guys do this so thought I'd try it this year. Besides now I can get under it and spiffy it up a little. Might have to get taller stands though...........damn belly got bigger for some reason........LOL.

OK Ken. Just wondering, as I've heard pros and cons for both ways.
