This phone is a "Brigadier". Some heavy duty construction phone. I think I saw somewhere on it "Android". All I want to do is use the phone part, make pictures, and send the text things. I figure when I can see the weather, like Ric can, then I've got it whipped.

That's probably a good thing. Wouldn't want a phone to wipe my rear then have to put it to my face to make a phone call.

They can do a lot of things. It's a better GPS than my Garmin GPS. Takes great pictures and videos. Scan a barcode in a store and get the price of that item in other stores and online. I have RV road assistance for the motorhome. Click on the app and it will request road service and use the GPS to let them know exactly where I'm at. The list goes on and on. I don't use all those things, at least not on a regular basis. I do like the blue tooth connection to the car. No fumbling for the phone if it rings, just hit the touchscreen in the car to answer.

This thing hates me as much as I hate it. My wife and brother touch the screen and it does what they want. It stalls out or goes to some unknow place when I touch it. Itried mashing it to no avail.

I know nothing about Android phones, Apple is for us old folks. Relax and just play with it and you will get it, start with baby steps like using the phone and then pictures, then text and so on and so on...pretty soon you will be our weather man at car shows.

All this talk about a new phone, and no mention as to whether or not it has a CLOCK.

Ha! Of course it has a clock but it's Ric that needs the clock not Tony.
