Yep I haven't even drove mine yet. But have in depth discussed it with my insurance agent. No matter what it is mine. I keep it and get the agreed value to fix it.

My van been totalled twice since i been with them. No fault of my own. Same deal. They know I keep my cars. She looks at them after I fix them and is impressed that they always look better than before the accident.
