Nice weather on Sat, finally got to 74, Lot of rain today again. we have aready passed the average rain fall for the month of June just in the first 4 days. Sunny tomorrow and tuesday and rain the rest of the week. If we get to June 9 and no 80 degree day it will be the first time we have not had a 80 degree day since March.

We've had rain and storms every few days for the last week. Yesterday was hot and humid, had to get the lawn cut while I could. It rained in the evening and really came down during the night. Cloudy and cool today with occasional showers.

We have a small drain pipe under the road in front, it comes out at the property line between our house and the one next door. This morning when I went to get the paper I see a big pile of leaves the rain pushed out of the pipe. Then I see leaves scattered along the low spot for over 100'. We've been here almost 9 years, the only time I've seen water come through that pipe was during a winter thaw when the temps shot up to 60, so we must have had a down pour last night.

I have measured an 1 1/2 inches so far today. Had to go over to the neighbors and run a temporay drain pipe from one of her down spouts to the road, It's been flooding her basement. The Willamete river here is at flood stage, in fact the Rose Festiable ships are here this week and with the river up they may not be able to get them out because they won't clear under the bridges.
