Default No slow economy here.

I cannot believe how good business has been for us. The past 3 months have been booming. I also run a marina here and we are about sold out of new boats, had I known the boat business was going to be like this I would have ordered 15 more! As far as cars go,we sell them as fast as I can buy them.Heck,I got 10 sold myself this month and I really don't like to sell anymore. Hope it keeps up for a while, puts one in a good mood.

Good for you Gary. I have a '86 19+ Chaparral bow rider, want to sell it for me? Power Boat magazine boat of the year, those boats are built like a tank.

We had a cottage up north, just off Lake Huron. Used the boat all the time. Then work asked if I would take a transfer to Charlotte, NC. Sold the cottage, got the house ready to sell and they said, never mind. There are a lot of inland lakes around the house but they're not like the Great Lakes, very crowded, so it hasn't been used for several years. Guess I need to open it up and start it up this summer.

I'd never own one. I don't have time to enjoy the crap I already have.

I'm actually down to one toy now...yeah (If I don't count my zero turn lawnmower and snow blower..ha) so I can enjoy it and not working on everything all the time. I've had the boat, Harley, jet ski, Chevelle and snowmobiles at the same time and it seemed I was always working on them and never got to enjoy.

Sold the Jet ski last year and bought 2 Kayaks and enjoy that a lot more. If I ever want to go boating my best friend has a 40 ft Sea Ray on lake St. Clair and my Father in-law has a 46' foot sail boat in Saginaw Bay and they are always ready to go out.

I'm am thinking about another Car now so I can work on one and drive the other, I'd love to be like Tony and have one for everyday of the week, but my wife would frown on that.

I have a car for every day of the week and its way too much to keep up with .More cars means more work and none are ever done. Also means no money to fix them all.
