I'm 6'3" and fit in my 70 perfectly, it does have a smaller than stock grant wheel in and it's non tilt but my knees aren't close to the wheel.

It was pretty tight in my jeep with the stock, 18" wheel in it. Swapped to a smaller grant and I have a fair amount of room now.
The misses would not let me put a newer wheel in the chevelle
