Default Help

Anyone know a vendor in your area that might have in stock the upper and lower springs for a 70 Chevelle bucket seats (need both buckets). Mine are in bad shape and the manufactor who was making the springs sold the company and currently they are not available through most of the vendor I have talked to. I'm going to call NPD and Yearone and a few others tomorrow and see what they have. I have found one set, but they want more then double the price since they are not available right now. Can't finish the interior with out them.

I would think the bigger companies such as NPD would have them in stock. If you still have your old ones, a shop may be able to fix them. Thats what we did with ours except we bough a roll of spring material and my bro in law weld them all up.

Finally found 2 bottoms and one back spring at OPG, everyone else is out of stock for at least 6 weeks. I have one back spring set I can repair, the two bottoms were so badly rusted they are not worth trying to fix. Broke in to many places and would not hold up if I did try to repair them.
