I remember reading about that same guy who cracked the scratch off tickets a few years ago. He even tried to tell the lottery commission but they wouldn't listen to him. Crazy....

I think that it ticks of the regular players more than it does the lottery commission. The lottery commission's only concern is that they get their money. I wouldn't play that game.
