Good luck Gary. I like black cars but the Forest Green would be nice. I like to see the 70's in something other than black and red. Seems like that's all you see.

Does this mean you'll be sticking around and we'll have to continue putting up with you?

I will tell you that when we were looking at colors (grandsport don't hate me for this), grumpy told me that green was the kiss of death when you try to sell a car. We would watch the Barrett Jackson Auctions and any green car really seemed to go for a lesser price. But I think that it all depends on the color green.

All I know is that I am excited to hear about grandsports new adventure. And I look forward to going along with him for the ride.

Green would not have been my first choice on a chevelle until I saw Erics car freshly painted and realized how few of those colors you see out and about .His car and color has changed my view of other colors and combos .Now I want a green wagon but Im not getting one ,still need to thin the current herd .

Not sure if you already have one picked out Gary. I did alittle searching. Check this one out!

That's a nice looking 70 Brian. The ad says "rebuilt with new piston". I wonder why they didn't replace all of them.

My 70 Nova is Forest Green with a black VT. I really like that color. I haven't seen very many of them that color. One of the reasons I like it so much.

I saw that one too. I agree with Nancy green cars seem to go for less. That why I didn't go with one. Black and red always seems to for more bucks.

Green definitely doesn't seem to draw the $$ of a red or black car but it is all about personal preference and intent for the car. I like that I don't see my color combo very often and actually really like the color. If someone was building a car to flip I would definitely paint it one of those two colors (red/black). I don't think there are too many other cars I would want that are green except may be a 70 Camaro in the same color.

Thanks for thinking of me Brian, but judging from the few pictures in the ad that car needs a lot of work.I figure 5k under the hood alone.
