Shaun, I never like to tell anyone to go to another website but I am going to now. I think that you need to visit Audiokarma.org. Yes that is the other site we own, but these guys are awesome when it comes to music. They are in the main stream as well as off the beaten path. I myself would tell you some music that has a "bluesy" feel to it.

How old is old? ... I was thinking more sixties Cream and Blind Faith stuff ... Grand Funk and J.Giels has some good bass riffs but the best in my mind is the CCR long version of Grapevine ... but its all subjective

Look up Silver Travis ,a band from South Carolina and listen to some of their tunes .If you hear something you like let me know and I can burn you a cd .They are friends of ours and gave us permission to make copys of their cd's. I think you will like them ,we go see them play whenever we can.

You love that band flash. Isn't that the band you talked about for the past few years ? I am going to have to have you burn me a cd so that I can hear them.

They are great guys and yes we love their music .We can burn you a CD too. We have plans to see them in concert on 2 different occasions here in Ga this year ,normally we have to go to their neck of the woods .We told them if they ever came to Ga we would be stalking them ,we are their biggest fans other than over in Europe .They are quite popular there even though they have never toured out of the eastern US .They burn their own CD's and sell them directly on line .They sent us a couple of demo ones that we play all the time.
