Well here in MN. Its been a little warmer. It was -22 for a few days here. Well almost a week or so of that kind of weather. I hate winter. But now its warmed up to the high 20's to low 30's. But its been about 5 days now. And we have had morning fog. Freezing fog all over the trees. It doesn't warm up till after mid day. Yeah seen it once it looks cool. But not any more getting really fed up with all this. If I had a heated garage. It might be ok. But I don't. Did I ever tell you how much I hate winter. All 6 months of it

Forecast is calling for upwards of 1/2" of ice accumulation (freezing rain) starting this evening and into tomorrow. Trees and over head power lines do not deal well with this much ice. It could be VERY interesting tomorrow morning.

I predict Cleveland will NEVER see snow again because I just got my snowblower fixed.

Enough already! Ice storm last week...now we're in the middle of a blizzard! And the weathermen completely missed this one. They predicted up to 1/2 inch of snow (no wind). We're now supposed to get upwards of 6-10 inches of snow today and we've had 30-40mph winds all day. My kids have had 7 snow days thus far and there is no way there will be school tomorrow. And there is still 2 months of winter left to go!!!

My God Dana, I don't miss those days at all. I couldn't imagine for 1 second going back to that weather. I'm freezing when it's 60 out!!!

I'm telling you Mike, I've lived in Iowa my entire life and love living here but this winter is just about ready to put me over the edge. I'm waiting on $800 in parts for my snowplow. The last storm tore the hell out of it. After 4 hours with the welder, I was able to band-aid it enough that it can handle some lightweight work but the 4-5 foot drifts I'm expecting to see in my driveway tomorrow and the gravel road I live on may just finish it off (it took the county 7 days after the last storm before they plowed my road!)

I've plowed snow for the better part of 30 years in NE with my family and I know all to well about breakdowns. For some of the larger storms we were out for days on end, again, I don't miss it. The only time I will "EVER" see snow again is God forbid, a family member passes in the winter and I have to travel back up there. I haven't seen snow or had to walk in it, in 14 years and that suits me just fine. I hope your winter passes quickly!!!

Mike, all I can do with my car is just sit in the garage and have a smoke and a beer with him,and maybe massage him a little. I really hate winter, but why are my wife and I looking to buy a home at the top of a mountain.

We got a mixed bag yesterday...tornado watches and flood warnings. Started out warm...temps in the mid 60's. LOTS of rain all day.
Today...very windy but sunny and cooler. About 45 here now.
I'll tell y'all, it's been one crazy winter.
