Default Paint Stripping

Hello Everyone, Alex from Picture Car Locator I'm planing to take my 70 Chevelle in the next two weeks over to So Cal Mobile Paint Stripping can anyone recommend them? What sold me was there video its amazing on how fast its done! I can see the advantages of paint stripping can anyone tell me the disadvantages. Cheers!

If that blue chevelle is yours ,why would you want to strip it ? It looks great to me .

I'm not from that area so don't know that specific shop. Check to see what paints/primers and fillers they use. Do they use the cheapest available or quality systems?

If possible, check out some of their other jobs. Especially if you can see the longterm quality. Do they do a quick fill, sand and spray or do they pay attention to details such as window channels, Hood edges, door frames, etc? Do they hand sand and check the filler primer before painting or do they just machine sand it and spray?

Quality costs, but not everything that costs more is quality.

Nice car. Hope they do a good job for you on the paint. Looks like that is the last step for you.
