Big time bragging!1year ago today I gave up that nasty habit of smoking.Quit cold turkey along with caffeine the same day.Tough? Very.But the worst is over.

Awesome Gary! Good for you! My Dad quit smoking about 10 years ago and hasn't looked back. He's 74, bowls and plays golf every week!
