Default Can't walk much

My job requires me to be on my feet all day. I do a lot of walking and hiking depending on the job. Spent last week working at the coast in a lot of brush and have notice a problem with my left foot the last month or so. Looks like I have Plantar fasciitis. My left heal gets so sore by the end of the day I'm almost can't walk, and every morning it really hard to walk after being off it all night. I guess it time to see a doctor to see what I can do for it before I do permament damage.

Lynda had a heel spur, is that the same? She got some expensive shoe inserts and that helped. Wore them for awhile now she doesn't need them anymore.

I know how painful that can be Ray. Inserts can help, but I would have it checked out by a doctor. The hardest part is when your foot is in one position for a long time, like in the morning when you get out of bed. Or even sitting in a chair.

Some of these stretches help me. Hope they help.

I hope it gets better for you Ray ,I feel for you .I have a problem walking now too but its a completely different situation. I am having trouble with my sciatic nerve running across my back and down my legs and my legs getting so weak at times all I can do is sit a while .
