Im also looking to find the exact locations for the grounding straps?? They came with instructions, but there washed out terribly.
Any help with this would also be very helpful.
I would like to try to get to the point were I can fire it up this weekend !!!

There's two if you look closely, the third goes from the drivers side valve cover to the fire wall- just below the wiper motor and next to the brake booster. You will see a hole there, possibly with a fastener of some sort. I can get more exact, and close up pictures tomorrow if need be.

It looks to me that there are two in your first photo. One on the drivers side area as you described and the one on the passenger side valve cover area to the firewall? Some close ups would be great. Also a close up of the wiper motor/pump electrical connections.

There is a third that goes from the firewall to the frame rail on the passenger side. Look close, you'll see it. I will snap some pictures with my phone and try to get them posted.

Sorry for the multiple posts, but doing this from my phone is a real cluster F. Hopefully these will get you in the ballpark. The one on the passenger side frame rail is hidden by the inner fender, wasn't able to get a picture of that. Hopefully you can see it in my other post.
