Is that sand or just light colored dirt youre bringing in ? Congrats on getting started .
It's sand. It looks like I will need close to 30 truck loads of it. I'm building at 38' above sea-level. The law says 37, but I don't want to take any chances on a flood. The sand has to be compacted to 97% before I can pour concrete. It squishes down a bunch!
