I was thinking the DMV was public record....HMN.
I know used car dealers have people to do title search on cars.

yeah i guess i am going to have to do a home grown search for my car. I bought my car from a used classic car dealer kind of thing. the title was under the company name so i dont know who the old owner is. and the dealer i got the car from is kind of a jerk and a rip off artist and doesnt talk to me since i called him out on his lies
