Hey Ray, whatcha think?

I agree with you. I think it will look much better than just the plain black I had it. Now it will offset all the rest of the black that will be under the hood.

There you go. I like it. The little details will make the difference.

Well I talked to the sandblasters friday and was supposed to pick up the frame saturday, well they never called. It rained all day Monday so called them a couple time yesterday to make sure someone was gonna be there to pick it up tuesday after work and no one ever answered the phone, well I hauled the trailer out there last night couldn't find anyone around the office, so I walked back into the shop and I can see my frame so I walked over to check it out, bare metal. Still hadn't put the epoxy on it yet, so I'm supposed to go back out there tonight again.

Got the rear end pulled out last night. Going to pressure wash it after I get the frame home this evening.

I wasn't planning on doing anything besides cleaning it up right now, well maybe except for a disc brake swap since I gave my uncle all the drum brake parts for his 41' chevy truck. I want to find a 12 bolt with a posi to put in but I haven't see one for sale around here for a while.

A few mods on a 10 bolt and it can be as good or better then 12 bolt.

Well I really want a posi but I've never messed with anything like that before. What else can you do beside better axles or different gears?

Eaton-Makes a clutch Posi Unit -Heavy Duty Differential GM 8.2" 10-Bolt Chevy Posi Unit - 28 Spline - Posi Traction. Plus the gears and axles and you are set. Should handle any horsepower you have.
