Hey Ray, whatcha think?
I agree with you. I think it will look much better than just the plain black I had it. Now it will offset all the rest of the black that will be under the hood.

Well I talked to the sandblasters friday and was supposed to pick up the frame saturday, well they never called. It rained all day Monday so called them a couple time yesterday to make sure someone was gonna be there to pick it up tuesday after work and no one ever answered the phone, well I hauled the trailer out there last night couldn't find anyone around the office, so I walked back into the shop and I can see my frame so I walked over to check it out, bare metal. Still hadn't put the epoxy on it yet, so I'm supposed to go back out there tonight again.

Got the rear end pulled out last night. Going to pressure wash it after I get the frame home this evening.

I wasn't planning on doing anything besides cleaning it up right now, well maybe except for a disc brake swap since I gave my uncle all the drum brake parts for his 41' chevy truck. I want to find a 12 bolt with a posi to put in but I haven't see one for sale around here for a while.

Welp they had it finished today!! Even though it took a few days extra I think they did a really awesome job! They ended up blasting it and spraying the epoxy for $150 cash, which is a really good deal if ya ask me. I got it home on jack stands, scuffed the epoxy with a red scotchbrite made sure to get all the sand out from inside the frame rails and then took a tack cloth to it. Then got the Eastwood Extreme Chassis Black primer sprayed on it, which I'm not sure I really needed to do, but I didn't figure it wouldn't hurt anything to have another coat of paint on it. Tomorrow evening I'll get the top coat on it after work.

A few mods on a 10 bolt and it can be as good or better then 12 bolt.

Well I really want a posi but I've never messed with anything like that before. What else can you do beside better axles or different gears?
