Smile Accepted a position today.

It is a little more powerful a job than I wanted at this point in my life, but since the owner sought me out, how could I say no? I will be the wholesale manager for one of the larger Hyundai-Toyota dealers in the state.I did this for a big dealer group 25 years ago and the money is fantastic, but I was basically gone all week and I was 25 years younger. I narrowed down my choices to 5 last week and kept going back to this one.Still bummed out about what happened at my dealership,I was so happy ,but life ain't fair sometimes and you are forced into change.Maureen was involved in the decision,so I know I made the right choice.

Way to go, Gary. I knew you'd hit the ground running somewhere else.

Looks like the Chevelle will be finished on time now you are going back to work, or does this mean you won't have time to work on it? again Congrats.

Congrats Gary. I know the last job situation was hard for you, but you have to feel very good that you were hired by someone who sought you out and really wants you. I am so happy for you !!!
I know you cared about the other guys who worked with you. Did you keep in contact with any of them ? If so, how are they doing? Would you consider recommending them for a position with your new company, once you are in the door?
