now what i need my fire wall to look like is this correct?

if so where can i get that part in the second picture so i can install AC and heat in my car?

Top picture is a non AC car and the lower is for a AC car. Hope that helps. They do make a heater box that goes over the AC unit area if you don't want AC. http://www.acdelete.com/pages/68-72_A-Body.htm

It looks like someone cut a section out of your firewall. Do you have any idea what happenen to it? The one piece you are missing had your hidden vin on it. If you don't have the piece that is missing you are going to need a parts car to get that section.

Shaun- Check this out from Ground Up. It is the Passenger side cowl shoulder with the blower motor cutout and flange. I believe this is what you need. If the firewall is cut (most drag cars are welded but yours appears to have been patched if this is the yellow car) they make a firewall panel too.
