New guy from the gulfcoast...
Hello all my names Billy new to the site but not the Chevelle's...lol. I've been the owner of a 1969 Malibu for 12yrs now and it's finally time to kick that badboy in gear.... Also in the process of re-building a 1970 SS 396 car for a buddy of mine at the moment. I'm a Chevelle nut so i think I'm finally in the right place...

Here's a little eyecandy of the 396 I'm building for my buddies 1970 SS.... It started out as a virgin block 68 396....
Fresh from the machine shop...  Crank back in it...  first coat of paint and some test fitting....  Got the pistons back in, cams dialed in, and i test fitted the timing cover, fuel pump and water pump to check ensure the bolt lengths are correct...
