Cruise Control 1968

I finally bought an NOS, GM CC Kit since it was the type with the servo mounted on the fender well with a cable to the carb. This should a better fit for my 396. Come to find out the mounting brackets in the kit didn't match the instructions (pic). conclusion is that since there are several options for installations, the servo bracket in the kit must be for a manifold mount. Regardless, I can find or make the right bracket.
If anyone has experience installing these kits I'd sure like to hear from them.
