Unhappy 66 chevelle wiper switch

My nephew has a 66 Chevelle SS 396 and called me and said he can't find any way to get at his wiper switch to replace it. He doesn't use the internet so asked me to find out how to change it out. We'd appreciate your help?
Thanks,
Dave

Gotta drop the dash...at least lower it. Not that hard really...
If the car also need a new speedo lens or bezel...now would be the perfect time to do those too.

In addition...
It's possible the wiper switch isn't bad...just lost it's ground. There is a star washer on that switch that grounds it against the inside surface of the dash. It needs a clean, tight connection.
I'd try loosening, wiggle it around and then re-tightening the wiper switch first.

Default 66 chevelle wiper switch

Thanks a lot. I guess he was right when he said there was no way to get at it.
I'd told him I had no problem replacing the one in my 442.
