Default Saginaw power steering

I decided to repair the dripping steering gear box in my 65 Chevelle. The leak was coming from the front domed cover. There's an O ring that seals this cover and I believe the O ring is truely 48 years old! It was in really bad shape.
As I understand it, there should be 24 bearings that contact the worm gear? As I cleaned them, I could only find 22. Are there supposed to be 24 bearings? And if so, Where would I find replacements?
Thanks, Nub Kopisca

I don't know the answer but check these docs, they may help.
