Default Moved into the 21st century

Finally gave up my old cell phone for a new iphone 5s today. Wife got it for my birthday which I figured she forgot last week. I have held out since my company was paying for the cell phone I have had for the last ten years. They are now giving me an allowance for a phone, but it's up to me to supply one. Figure it was time to move into this century. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. Lol

Be careful Ray, that phone can be dangerous. Don't want to be one of those people with their phone always in their face, not watching what they're doing or where they're walking. I got a smartphone a couple years ago. Main reason was to have internet access while traveling. They do have a lot of nice apps for them and a lot of useless ones.

I almost did also, but the camera is so much better on it, and I travel alot and it will be nice to use some of the features on it when I'm on the road. Need to get some of those special pictures of the grandkids.

flash, you are with the grumpy guy. He does not want to give up the old phone, even though it turns off all the time and it will disconnect his calls.

I got a newer versions phone last year and I don't know what half the options are, but I like being able to go online almost anywhere. Helps, cause I don't have to take my laptop everywhere.

You Tony may have the same phone. My neighbor Darrel and Tony were comparing theirs at Autofest, both had basically the same low tech flip phone.

I'm not into walking and looking at a phone. Access also to the internet while I'm traveling and a better camera.

John if you need a flip phone I have an extra one. Lol

Didn't think you would Ray. It is amazing though how many people can't do anything without their phone in their face.
