68 remote mirror

I believe my car is set up for a left hand remote mirror. it has one large hole with two smaller holes one for one aft of this center hole drilled in the door skin. Is this a remote mirror door? Also, will a regular mirror fit and cover up the large center hole? I have no use for a remote mirror and would much rather put a regular mirror in its place.

Most doors come that way. Yes, a regular mirror mount will cover it up.
