Question Why do women hate manicured shrubrey?

Sorry for not being a car related thread but...hey wait a minute I'm at the nice place. But I digress, why do the women hate trimmed shrubery? I have been at it since 8 this morning and about half done,no easy task.I usually do them when Maureen is on vacation, but that ain't happening this year so I am being brave and doing them while she is home! But,holy crap the flack she is giving me. I did a survey of about 30 men and all agree with me. What's up with this?

I like them, especially If I didn't do them.

Does she not like them because of their shape?
Did you make them into some funny animal shapes or something?

I let my wife have one area in the yard she takes care of. I do the rest. Her's is always mess, while the rest of the yard looks nice. She gets mad at me when I trim a few things of once in a while. I get tired of it being over grown and against the house.

My wife loves how I take care of the outside of the house ,yard ,bushes and even my shop. I like the way she takes care of the inside and even help her when I can. I help do dishes ,laundry ,make bed, clean bathrooms and she will even tell you I clean the kitchen much better than she does. I even put the lid back down every time ,always have even when I was single.
