I'm not one to brag about things. All I'll say is that it's big enough for both of us to enjoy, and we are both very happy with it. Really, the wife didn't think it was that big,at first. Once inside, she was impressed.

That's the first thing I bought for my house and then the next thing you know it's full too and then things start building up in the garage again. You can never go too big when it comes to storage buildings for the yard. Think of it as less yard to mow.

We have a shed 12x20 and that's not enough. Our garage is a 2 car, no extra room. The shed has 2 workbenches, compressor, riding mower, push mower, small trailer to pull behind the mower, gardening wagon, generator, disassembled 70s Ford lawn tractor, etc, etc, etc. Can't even turn around inside it.
We thought about tearing down the shed and putting up another garage. Taking down the old shed is not that simple, it's built to match the house. Brick halfway up, siding the rest, roof ties into the upstairs deck. Tearing the shed out and the concrete it's sitting on and having a new garage put up isn't cheap. We got some estimates just before the economy tanked, decided that wasn't a good time to dump $25-$30k |

Boy would I love the space. We have a 1 car garage that has barely enough room for the Chevelle.
